Lack of people at places without trees

We found out there were not people in La Trinidad Square at 8:30 am , just one man who was sitting under a tree trying to avoid the sun. However, a lot of people started to come to the square after 6:30 pm during the sunset. On the other hand, we saw many people doing different activities at The Centenario Park, they were sitting in the shade of big trees and feeding the animals that were there.
